Caroline Oehlhorn has been a research assistant at the Department of Information Systems and Services at the University of Bamberg since October 2015. Previously she graduated with a Bachelor in Information Management and Corporate Communication from the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm and continued with her master studies in Innovation Management in Würzburg. Besides her studies, she worked more than two years as a student employee for the internal communication of DATEV eG in Nuremberg.
Her research interests focus on sustaining women as well as gender diversity in the IT domain, and IT human resource management. Her research articles were published in several international information systems conferences.
Caroline Oehlhorn offers the seminar Gender Aspects in Information Systems as well as the tutorial IT-Controlling. Furthermore, she supports the chair's external lecturers in planning and performing their courses, and she supervises student theses each semester.
